HEALTH & SAFETY LEGISLATION

Q Scaffolding is accredited with Scaffolding Association, the Constructionline and RHA, having complied with and successfully implemented current health and safety legislation.

Our team carries out a full survey before planning and constructing to find a solution for any potential problems like overhead power lines, surface levels, and firm foundations. We take into account essential concerns such as ladders, weight loads and supports throughout the design and ensure that our construction teams are fully conversant with the latest health and safety legislation.

KNOWLEDGE OF THE LICENSE APPLICATION PROCEDURE

We carry out all the legal and official paperwork on your behalf, meaning you do not have to worry about a thing. We will contact the local council, fill out all relevant applications and acquire the temporary structure licence. We acknowledge the requirements of the Construction Industry Regulations and understand the legal obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and related health and safety legislation TG20:21 and SG4:15. 

All our materials are inspected on a regular basis to conform to the very highest standards and to maintain the safest possible working environment for our staff and customers. Our structures on-site are assessed weekly in order to ensure their stability and safety.
